The Record Industry Buys A Clue!
Sep. 3rd, 2003 11:30 pmWell, one record company, anyway. Universal is dropping the price of CDs. This is a breakthrough.
In other news, I wrote my Nietzsche paper in the space of a few hours. It was only two pages, so not too bad. And I have shitloads to read for Monday. And I somehow made it through the mind-numbingly boring reading for Eng. 250.
And... stuff. Oh, I picked up my paper from the summer Phil. 156 class. The comment at the end: excellent analysis and very well written. With a bang. (Bang = exclamation point. It's easier to type and say.)
I thought I had something else to report... but no. My day consisted mostly of going to Chaucer class and writing about The Birth of Tragedy.
Oh! I remember now. I've set up Mozilla mail for my UNM account. 'Tis mildly exciting. (Which is a hell of a lot more exciting than Jack London's short story "To Build A Fire." Gah.)
And... I started working on the Nietzsche paper by drabbling the 15 sections I had to write on. Two pages seems like wonderful luxury after compressing to 100 words.
