Why couldn't I have picked an easier-to-understand article for the critique due at ten? I think my understanding of it has only decreased with reading further into the paper. The worst was the two pages of Materials and Methods in tiny print that did not elucidate a damn thing for me.

But hey, I slept all freakin' day yesterday, so staying up all night to do this and research my independent project for Keith's class shouldn't be such a problem.

'Twas a stressful evening. Not only did I do my taxes, which involved balky online programs and other frustration, but I did my financial aid forms at the same time, only to discover that even though my parents sent back the forms so I could finish them, my dad forgot to finish the PROFILE. Or rather, didn't forget but thought that it was all for me to fill out. Oh, no. Not a bit. I could probably get the info from the FAFSA, but even so, he didn't sign it either. Which was the main problem. Mother. Fucker. I did not need this right now. Not when I have a lab report and problem set due tomorrow and a chem midterm on Friday, and a class to drop, and two independent projects to figure out. Jesus. Fucking. Christ.

If I survive until this weekend's Mallorca party, well, that is going to be a very good party indeed.
