Thank fucking god it's Friday. The end of one of the shittiest weeks I've ever had is over.

Today has once again been a mix of good and bad, in a week that overall has been a veritable cornucopia of death, to steal a phrase from Alanna. Anyway, the good: I'm pretty sure I passed my chem midterm. A friend that I hadn't talked to in forever and is never online was actually online today and there was a real conversation that took place. Kristina gave a very good performance in the Friday@Four. And the bad: I somehow managed to fall on my way to the midterm, landing on my hands and knees all at once, slamming them into the pavement, and scraping up one knee and leaving my jeans intact in the process. I also managed to pierce the roof of my mouth on some cereal I was eating. And no HA job for me. Motherfucking Res. Life. I better get a goddamn room on campus.

But hey, I'm going to go get drunk tonight. And on Monday, I'm going to see about getting a job as a dishwasher in Jay's lab. That should be a job I can get, since no one else seems to want it.
