I don't often have nightmares, but I did have one last night. I was trapped under something, a beam of some sort, and was trying to get out when something I couldn't quite see attacked me from the side. It ran at me, and I woke, startled and and with heart beating loudly. Not faster, just loudly, violently. I could feel it as much as hear it.
