Jul. 8th, 2008 05:37 pmI can't quite believe someone got paid to write this. I know it's aimed at a general, non-bartending audience, but still. "A quarter cup" of alcohol in a drink? A quarter cup? It's at least aimed at people who drink, and how do you drink liquor and remain unfamiliar with the concept of a shot? And if you don't have think of mixology as being similar to cooking, do you truly have any respect for the art, or do you simply guzzle down whatever your bartender hands you until taste becomes irrelevant?
