Pretend That I Am Weightless
May. 22nd, 2003 01:17 amIt's been a rather busy past few days, with some things accomplished and a lot of hanging out done. Today was the most productive day: I picked up a schedule of classes and got registered for all my summer classes and most of my fall classes. This summer I'll be taking Analysis of Literature, Intro Linguistics, and Reason & Critical Thinking. Then in the fall, Shakespeare, Chaucer, Modern Phil., and Philosophic Questions. I might add something else, but I don't yet know what. If I'm in the Honors Program by then, it'll be an Honors class, if not, perhaps a theater class. So I'm all excited now. Have to pay tuition soon, though, but I need to find out how much it is, which I can't at the moment because ITEL is being a bitch. Also need an ID so I can get my books tax free. And get a parking permit so I can park the car I am apparently getting soon. Looks like it's going to be a 5-speed, berry-colored Saturn.
Also today, Sarah and I went over to Academy to see if anyone was around. Mr. Meek was around, but apparently no one else. And in the evening, we went to see X2 again.
Dammit, I just realized I have a schedule conflict, which ITEL let me sign up for anyway. But, problem is already unofficially resolved. I'll take the English class in fall. So that's five in fall. And possibly three with Sarah, since we're already in the same Shakespeare and Chaucer classes.
( Portland, before I forget. )
I haven't included all the detail that I could have, but this is already quite long enough.
