Sacred Male Prostitutes Gone Awry
Oct. 6th, 2004 11:39 pmBloody hell. A little bit of weather and everyone in 'Burque fucking forgets how to drive. It's just a little rain. And it wasn't even falling at the time. No reason to go 55 on the highway. Or keep slowing down and speeding up for no apparent reason. Granted, the storms have gotten pretty harsh, but man. Not when I was out driving.
Tomorrow I'll be doing a reading of the book Nickel and Dimed in the bookstore. I'll be reading for half an hour, as opposed to the 15 minutes I originally signed up for, because Gabrielle needed more time slots filled.
Next Wednesday we perform our scenes in my acting class. It's been a week since I've really done any work on it, aside from working out the blocking for the rest of the scene. Haven't gotten back to my character since finally getting out of it and being able to do homework last week. But, that's okay. We're rehearsing next Monday, make sure the rest of the blocking works. And I have fresh things to draw on for getting into character. Don't like my scene partner any better. So looking forward to not having to touch him ever again. Ever. But also, I'm excited about the performance. The script kicks ass. Burque friends welcome to come. I don't know about anyone else in the class, but I'm bringing audience members.
And now I should either sleep or read a bit.
And unfortunately, this entry contains no sacred male prostitutes gone awry. Look for them on Fox.
