Nov. 22nd, 2004 11:38 pmHoly crap, it's been a while since I updated with anything but paper-type stuff that no one wants to read. So, in the interim, I've made it into the Honors Program, seen several more plays (Words Afire stuff), presented my Tolkien paper again (at the undergraduate symposium thingie, and I actually had an audience, even though I made no effort to invite people), did an audition for Cymbeline, and went to a Philosophy department talk on Nietzsche by a visiting lecturer which was awesome because now I can actually understand what he means by "will to power". Oh yeah, and went to the semesterly dinner at Dr. O's and then hung out with a bunch of Germans. Had a Sanskrit quiz today, which went okay.
I've been out most of the day, between symposium thingie, classes, and Monday Night Football. Tomorrow is another one of those days when I'll be out a lot, because after classes there's preview night for the Honors program, Hobbit meeting, and then working with my scene partner, finally. Gah. Maybe I'll skip the Hobbit meeting on account of too much crap to do. Because I do actually have quite a bit of homework. Or... that I'm meeting with my scene partner at the same time as the meeting, because we're pretty much down to the wire (which is true) and, um, she couldn't meet any later. Or something.
Oh, and as per request at MNF: Walken reads the Raven. It's actually part of a whole, big Walken page, which is linked to at the top and bottom of that page.
