The Sea Captain just keeps surprising the hell out of me. When I turned in my paper, I also sent an e-mail to tell him that the paper was in his box. He's sent back a message to say that he got the paper. And the salutation ran: "Dear Eos (Goddess of the Dawn)."

Ah'm fuckin scoobied, as the Trainspotting kids might say.

I'm also thinking that retirement will be very good for him. Maybe the problem with English 250 was that everyone in that room resented being there.
